My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable overall. The location was excellent, close to various amenities, and the staff was friendly. However, the room could have been better due to the Booking Agent's oversight. Despite this, the dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The service was warm and welcoming, even though the staff seemed uninterested in guests. The location was convenient in the center of Tain, but in need of a complete upgrade. The dining experience was excellent with freshly cooked food options, yet there were occasional disturbances from next door. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
