Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable overall. The location was excellent, close to various amenities, and the staff was friendly. However, the room could have been better due to the Booking Agent's oversight. Despite this, the dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The upgraded rooms with an uber cool four-poster bed and good breakfast were impressive, but the aging decor was noticeable. The service was warm and welcoming, even though the staff seemed uninterested in guests. The location was convenient in the center of Tain, but in need of a complete upgrade. The dining experience was excellent with freshly cooked food options, yet there were occasional disturbances from next door. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and suitable for a comfortable stay, but the dessert was disappointing. The manager was welcoming during check-in, but I had some suggestions for improvement regarding breakfast and the dining experience.
The hotel has a great central location in Tain, within walking distance of shops and a short drive to the beach and distillery. The staff, especially Robin, create a warm and friendly atmosphere. However, the rooms could benefit from some updating and the dining options were a bit limited.
